Initial Consultation

Your initial consultation is designed to set the foundation for your success. We’ll take the time to understand your health and fitness goals, assess where you are starting from, and gain a complete picture of your current condition.

 

This session includes key assessments such as blood pressure measurement and a bioelectrical impedance analysis to evaluate your lean muscle mass and body fat levels. Using this data, we’ll create a personalised training roadmap tailored to you, ensuring a clear, strategic path toward achieving the results you want.

Personal Training

Once a clear plan has been established, we will begin training. Each session will be fully tailored to you, taking into account your anatomy, movement patterns, and individual needs. Any previous injuries or current discomfort will be carefully considered to ensure safe, effective, and seamless workouts. I will explain the purpose behind each exercise and closely monitor intensity to ensure you are training at the appropriate level. From every repetition to every set, you will have dedicated guidance and support throughout the session.
