Service Description
With Online coaching you will receive; - Bespoke training plans customised to your specific goals and needs. - Personalised nutrition/diet plans with information on caloric intake, macronutrients and meal preparation. - Access to an exclusive app with an exercise library that demonstrates over 500 effective exercises. - In week 1, a 1 hour onboarding session to ensure you are happy with the plan in place and what you need to do in order to achieve your goals. - From week 1 onwards, a 1 Hour session monthly to check in & review; Performance within the gym, diet adherence, sleep quality, energy levels and recovery. - Motivational support and accountability through Whatsapp.
